In the weeks leading up to the finale, the participants took part in an inspiring program, from the Meet & Greet on 29 September to the How to Pitch Workshop on 23 October, refining their concepts and presentation skills. The AI Pitch Competition highlighted once again Brabant’s position as a vibrant hub for AI-driven entrepreneurship, innovation, and collaboration.
The goal of the AI Pitch Competition is to spotlight the most innovative AI solutions, offering startups an invaluable opportunity to present their solutions, connect with industry leaders, and accelerate their growth.
The AI Pitch Competition 2025 finale kicked off with an inspiring keynote by Sjoerd van de Goor, co-founder of Touchpulse and winner of last year’s competition. He shared the company’s growth journey since taking home the title, a powerful example of what lies ahead for this year’s finalists.
The event was hosted by Job Nijs, Director of Braventure, and Linn Smetsers, Managing Director at Round One Ventures, who guided the audience through a dynamic and engaging program. During the Intermezzo, they were joined by Ira Romy Alice Stoll, CEO & co-founder of myScribe, and Nadine Badie, PhD researcher at the University of Stuttgart, for an insightful conversation on innovation and entrepreneurship in AI.
Opening remarks were delivered by Martijn van Gruijthuijsen, Provincial Executive of Noord-Brabant, setting an inspiring tone for the eight finalists to follow on stage.

ArtVista is an AI-powered app that personalizes museum visits and connects visitors with artists.
Avendar develops AI solutions to enhance real-time decision-making in security and defense.
Vendacity provides smart analytics for startups to automate reporting and track key performance data.
DataSpeak creates enterprise-grade conversational AI that performs tasks securely within EU data standards.
The AI Pitch Competition 2025 not only highlighted the exceptional talent within Brabant’s AI ecosystem but also emphasized the collaboration, mentorship, and innovation driving these startups forward. Organizers, partners, and attendees collectively contributed to a day marked by insight, ambition, and forward-looking ideas.
With the next edition already on the horizon, the competition remains committed to fostering the development of emerging AI entrepreneurs and reinforcing Brabant’s status as a leading hub for innovation and technology.
